Cygnis Deliver!

Cygnis deliver first batch of overhead rail mounted lifter loaders for the handling of 300kg rolls. These lifter loaders incorporate an innovative camera system to allow precise and easy alignment of the full roll by the operator

Lift Off

Cygnis has just completed testing and sign off of their first material lift complete with integral transfer conveyor and automatic guarding. Fully built and signed off by the customer at Cygnis’ facility in Northwich, Cheshire, Cygnis have been able to guarantee minimum downtime during installation and commissioning.

A Team to Recon With

Cygnis have teamed up with Kawasaki Robotics to offer their range of ‘simple but friendly’ robots as part of Cygnis’ fully integrated handling solutions. Kawasaki’s range of robots can manage loads up to 500kgs, and when combined with Cygnis’ wide range of experience of grippers and end effectors, makes a very attractive partnership.
